  • Standard pallet footprint (40" × 48")
  • Same pallet-in / pallet-out access model as freezer
  • Scheduled pull events during business hours

  • Convenient I-95 access for South Florida vendors

Who Uses Cooler Storage?

Refrigerated pallet space is for product that loses quality fast at room temperature but would be damaged by freezing. The most common uses we see:

  • Florists & flower wholesalers
  • Produce distributors
  • Caterers
  • Beverage importers
  • Dairy & cheese distributors
  • Prepared-meal businesses
  • Pharmacy & nutraceutical (non-regulated)

Florists especially benefit during high-volume periods — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, weddings — when their own cooler runs out of space.

Refrigerated vs. Freezer Storage — Which Do You Need?

If you're not sure which temperature zone fits your product, here's a quick way to decide.

🌡️

Choose Refrigerated (34–40°F) If:

  • Your product spoils fast at room temp
  • Freezing would damage texture or quality
  • You're storing produce, dairy, flowers, beverages
  • Your supplier labels it "Keep Refrigerated"
❄️

Choose Frozen (Below 0°F) If:

  • Your product arrives frozen and must stay frozen
  • Thawing would create food safety issues
  • You're storing meat, seafood, ice cream, frozen meals
  • Your supplier labels it "Keep Frozen"

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the temperature range in your cooler?

Refrigerated pallets are held at standard cooler temperatures (34–40°F), the typical range for produce, dairy, flowers, and prepared foods. If your product has a tighter requirement, tell us when you request a quote.

Is this suitable for florists during peak season?

Yes — florists are one of our core use cases. Many local florists rent extra pallet space leading up to Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and major wedding weeks, then scale back to a smaller footprint between peaks. Month-to-month pricing makes seasonal storage practical.

Can I mix refrigerated and frozen pallets in the same account?

Absolutely. Many of our customers run a mixed account — some frozen pallets, some refrigerated, even some dry. You'll get one invoice covering all of them.

Do you store pharmaceuticals or regulated cold-chain items?

We don't operate as an FDA- or GDP-certified pharmaceutical storage facility. We handle nutraceuticals, supplements, and non-prescription items that just need to be kept cold, but full pharmaceutical cold-chain work requires a specialized facility.

How long can I store a pallet?

There's no required term. Stay one month or stay a year. You're billed monthly, and you can scale up or down by adding or removing pallet positions when your volume changes.

Do you have a minimum number of pallets?

No minimum. One pallet is fine. We're built specifically for businesses too small for a big-warehouse contract.

Need Refrigerated Space?

Whether it's one pallet of flowers or a dozen pallets of produce, we'll send a quote and tell you exactly when your space is available.
