  • Standard pallet footprint (40" Γ— 48")
  • Pallet-in / pallet-out access model
  • Scheduled pull events during business hours
  • Receiving from suppliers and freight carriers
  • Pallet wrapping available when you need it
  • Inventory reports available per visit
  • Minutes from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike

Who Uses Dry Storage?

Dry warehouse space is for any pallet of inventory that doesn't need climate control. Common scenarios include:

  • E-commerce sellers between Amazon shipments
  • Freight forwarders staging cargo
  • Importers holding goods before distribution
  • Contractors storing equipment & materials
  • Trade show & event companies
  • Print & packaging businesses
  • Small retailers with seasonal inventory

This is the right fit when you have palletized inventory but renting a 5,000 sq ft warehouse for it doesn't pencil out.

How to Get Dry Storage Pricing

Dry vs. Cold Storage

If you're choosing between options, the rule of thumb is simple.

πŸ“¦

Use Dry Storage If:

Your inventory is stable at room temperature β€” packaging, hardware, dry goods, supplies, electronics, books, textiles, anything shelf-stable.

🌑️

Use Refrigerated If:

Product would spoil at room temp but doesn't need to freeze β€” produce, flowers, dairy, beverages, prepared foods.

❄️

Use Freezer If:

Product must stay frozen β€” meat, seafood, ice cream, frozen prepared foods, anything that would lose food safety if thawed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How big is a pallet position?

Standard pallets are 40" Γ— 48" (a "GMA" pallet). Height varies by rack β€” for non-standard dimensions, tell us your pallet size when you ask for a quote and we'll confirm the fit.

Can I bring my own forklift or do I need an appointment?

Pulls go through our team, not customer self-service. Schedule a pull during business hours and we'll have it ready when you arrive.

Can you receive freight from a carrier I arrange?

Yes. Have your supplier or carrier ship to 1650 NW 33rd Street, Pompano Beach, FL 33064 during business hours. We'll receive, count, and place the pallets.

Do you offer long-term contracts?

No long-term contracts required. Storage is billed monthly. Scale up when you have more inventory; scale down when you don't.

Do you store hazardous materials?

We don't accept hazmat, regulated chemicals, flammables, or anything requiring special permitting. Standard commercial inventory and supplies are fine. Ask us before you ship if you're unsure.

Is dry storage cheaper than refrigerated?

Yes β€” dry pallet space costs less per month than refrigerated or frozen because it doesn't carry the energy and equipment cost of climate control. Call us for a quote based on your pallet count.
