Four steps from first call to inventory in the freezer.
Tell us how many pallets, expected pull frequency, and when your first delivery will arrive.
Once you accept the quote, we set up your account and reserve your pallet positions in the freezer.
Have your supplier or carrier ship to our address. We receive, log the pallet count, and place it in the freezer.
Schedule pulls during business hours — give us reasonable notice and your pallet will be ready when you arrive.
Our freezer space is maintained at commercial frozen-food temperatures (below 0°F). If your product has a specific temperature requirement, mention it when you get a quote and we'll confirm whether we can meet it.
Pricing is per pallet position. If you have less than a pallet, you're welcome to consolidate onto your own pallet before delivery, or we can provide one and set it up on receiving.
Pulls happen during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Sat–Sun 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Give us reasonable notice and we'll have your pallet ready.
You can arrange your own carrier pickup at our location. We'll load it onto the truck. For Amazon FBA sellers, we also handle the prep and shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers — see our FBA prep page.
High-pull-frequency accounts are no problem — many of our customers are in and out weekly. Tell us your expected pull frequency when you request a quote so we can build it into your pricing.
