What temperature is your freezer kept at?

Our freezer space is maintained at commercial frozen-food temperatures (below 0°F). If your product has a specific temperature requirement, mention it when you get a quote and we'll confirm whether we can meet it.

Can I store partial pallets?

Space is reserved by pallet position. If you have less than a pallet, you're welcome to consolidate onto your own pallet before delivery, or we can provide one and set it up on receiving.

How quickly can I pull my pallet?

Pulls happen during business hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Sat–Sun 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM). Give us reasonable notice and we'll have your pallet ready.

Do you ship pallets out for me?

You can arrange your own carrier pickup at our location. We'll load it onto the truck.

What if I need to pull pallets often?

High-pull-frequency accounts are no problem — many of our customers are in and out weekly. Tell us your expected pull frequency when you request a quote so we can build it into your quote.

Do you serve businesses outside Pompano Beach?
